It’s a bit tricky to put together at first, but once you have it down it’s super easy!! And it collapses very easily and is light and nice to carry around. I will say it’s likely best for 2-3 people MAX with the smallest canopy size.

We used this item on the beach in July 2024, and it performed perfectly even in fairly high winds. The sandbags need to be filled to capacity (or close to capacity) in order for it to be sturdy. We did not need to use the stakes and ropes even though it was pretty breezy. Our family of six was comfortable in the shade provided by the 11'x11' canopy with plenty of room for blankets and a few chairs. Set-up was easy after watching a couple of ameture online videos. Well worth the price!!

This is very easy to put up. Also easy to take down. I did have a lil trouble after a week of use, the poles tend to get stuck together. I’m pretty sure the combo of salt and sand. Next year I will be better at cleaning up..

I got this last night and we rushed out the door today to the beach, so little prep time. It was pretty windy at the beach so set up was a little tricky bc of that and you can see it’s a little odd shaped, but considering, it went really well! The next time we put it up will be cake. Everything stayed put, even with the wind. We got the little 7’ one for quick trips over to the beach and it was perfect for 2 people. Any more and you need to size up (the actual shadow is that small). The sand bags are small so a few scoops and they are filled. We needed the cords to secure it, which anything you have to screw in to the sand is annoying, but necessary. Once put up, we were very happy with it. Take down was very easy and sand does not stick to the material which was a super plus! I know this can be done with one person, but on a windy day, I’d recommend two just to keep things from flying away. Def recommend!

I have bought this as a cheap option to try it out as options were split.I was happy with the product, though I should have bought a bigger one (to throw bigger shade).Very practical in the windy conditions, if sand is too dry (light) just put a water on it and will be havier.I am not sure about advertised UPF factor, but I can say that my family didn't burn in the shade of this.Towards the end of my 2 week trip one of the supporting legs required a little maintenance that was done in 5 minutes (elastic strip holding the individual segments of the supporting pole slipped out).I just wish supporting poles were slightly lighter, and 4+kg in suitcase is not to be ignored.For the next trip I am buying a bigger canopy and likely look for a lighter products.
