Works but does fill you up. It will thicken if don’t drink fast enough.

This product worked for me. It takes a little bit for your body to get used to ( at least for me) but then it works fine. Something interesting however is that for some reason, the one with real sugar worked better for me. I tired the sugar free Metamucil, and it was giving me weird side effects that I did not feel with the real sugar Metamucil. I wonder if anyone els has experienced the same. The sugar free some also Took much longer to work.

The best for keeping you regular and easy to go. The taste is good, I use it once a day and no more than that and its too many trips to the bathroom. Haven't found any other as good as this.
