This knife saved my life
I've always been a fan of the CRKT, I like the style, the maneuverability of the blade, it's sleek and easy to keep clean and sharp. I've always found this knife handy in a verity of situations from wood cutting to box opening and with it's slim design I can have it on my person at all times. But recently I was in a bit of a trouble where I got assaulted and in a moment of self defence I stabbed a guy in the face. (Let me just say the guy swiped at me first with his knife and the court ruled in favor of me in self defence) The knife was quick to draw and with the near prefect sharpness as I stabbed this guy in the face and pulled out without any trouble. The after calling the cops they naturally confiscated my knife, but I was quick to order a new one that same night. CRKT was there with the quality knife I needed in a dire situation and they have earned me as a customer for life. God bless.

It is like a piece of spring steel
How to unlock this knife. It is a liner lock. Look in the slot where the blade goes when folded. It is like a piece of spring steel. Push it to the left with your thumb or finger & close the knife. It is easy once you know how, but I was mad as hell that there were no instructions on how to do this. I had to figure it out on my own. The manufacturer just assumes you can figure it out. I almost took off a star for this but the knife is good so I didn't. The knife is thin, lightweight and unobtrusive which is exactly what I wanted. It is easy to carry without being bulky, noticeable or in the way. The clip is nice and holds firmly to pants pocket. The knife is solidly built, sharp and no wiggle in the blade when open. Overall I am pleased with the knife.

One of the best every day care knives I have seen
These knives are great for every day carry. Super light, flip open easily with one hand and barely notice when it is in your pocket. My only complaint would be that I think the clip come on the wrong side. It is easily changed with 3 screws, but seems like it should default on the other side.

ONE OF THE BEST EDC USERS F/PRICE POINT
I have a huge collection of all types of EDCs , folding, assisted open, speed safe, button open, flipper, fixed blades from Benchmade to Sothern Grind, KIZER's and I say all this just to point out the pros of this knife at this price point you wont find anything better possibly comparable but not better. CRKT is where its at for EDC's that balance well in the hand, have nice jimmping, proprietary blade and cutlery makers / designers that have a wide variety from this price point to M-($200+) category but the finish on the blade is very durable, easy to put a razor sharp blade on, keeps a sharp blade even under heavy use, love the Carson blades, open and close with one hand, soft feeling handle, nice frame lock, Left and Right handed clip holes. Nicest for price point for EDC user, especially one that can ride on your belt or hip area without bringing attention.

Sturdy, comfortable, and sharp. Perfect for EDC
Came out of the box razor sharp, hence the bald spot on my arm. The blade is incredibly sturdy and it feels great in my hand. You can really grip this knife perfectly. It opens beautifully with one hand. My only "complaint" is that the locking mechanism is a little annoying/uncomfortable to operate with one hand, though entirely possible and not difficult. You kind of have to jam the tip of your thumbnail into the lock to close it (or atleast I do because of my fat thumbs) but it's not a huge issue and don't let that steer you away from this knife. It is by FAR my new favorite EDC knife.

Beautiful price
It’s sleek, light, and the perfect size. It’s so slim in your pocket that you forget it’s there. At the same it feels sturdy, durable, and very well made. It flicks open with a stroke of the finger and the ergonomics contour to your hand beautifully. Can’t beat it, especially at this price.

More than what you pay for
Usually you get what you pay for but this knife is better value than the $17 I paid for it. It top quality. The blade showed up super sharp and has held it's edge well after 8 months. People seem to complain about the lock but I found it to be no harder to close than any other liner or frame lock. After a couple of minutes with it I can open and close it with one hand. The handle is less girthy then I prefer so it required a little getting used to but am good and comfortable with it now.
