If you go to the Xena website they have a section to checking if it fits with your bike (http://www.xenasecurity.com/product/motorbikes/alarm/XXSeries/XX6Black/page1/). However they aren't likely to have checked every bike out so your alternate solution would be to use the diagram on the page I linked and get a ruler and measure on your bike. You will need to make sure that the diameter of the pin fits in one of the holes in your disk and that the gap from the hole to the edge of the disk is not greater than the depth of the lock. You will also need to measure the thickness of the disk to make sure it fits.For reference though I have used this on a Honda BR125 and on a Yamaha R6.

Probably you can, but to be fair, I wouldn't trust this lock on it's own against a determined thief with just a screwdriver. It looks solid, but it was easily prised off my motorbike, and the thieves got away with it from a crowded mall, even with the alarm going for the short duration that it took them to prise it off. The base of the Xena Lock is hollow with a plastic infill, so it isn't as strong as it looks. If you did use this for the alarm function, I would also invest in a good quality padlock to also go through the disc, or better still, buy an alarmed padlock through the disc or around the frame, with a good chain as well, around a solid lamp post or similar.

Q: Is the cr2 lithium battery re-chargeable ??

No. I had to take the battery out of mine as it kept going off for no reason (maybe wind or car vibrations)
