i’m wearing the 3mm sized earring on my tragus and it fits perfectly as far as length and thickness! the back is a bit on the thick side, but if it were thinner it would be even harder to screw on lol

I love these earrings, I had no irritation and they have not tarnished after months. I have however lost the backs of the earrings because no matter how tight I screw them, they often came out while I slept. So that was a disadvantage, I had to start using the clear backs for a more snug fit.Otherwise they were easy to put in and were very pretty,
