This humidifier is perfect in every way. For starters, it looks modern compared to other humidifiers. The water tank is the perfect size for a typical bedroom and is incredibly easy to carry to the sink to fill up because of the large sturdy handle. I also like the fact that the tank is a heavy duty "softer" plastic and not the typical hard plastic/acrylic tanks that are so common with many humidifiers. You get the sense it wouldn't crack if you dropped it. The digital buttons work great and I LOVE the fact that you can turn off all the lights. It's also pretty accurate. I used a hygrometer in my room for a week and I set this humidifier to 40% humidity. Every morning the hygrometer was plus or minus that by 1-2% and some mornings right at 40%. I just hope this model lasts as long as my last Air Innovations humidifier, which lasted 8 years. I only had to replace it because I dropped the base on a hard floor and it cracked.

This product is a great but for me!I have a lot of sinus issues, and this unit has been great! I like the functionality, auto shutoff, Noise level, and the amount of water the unit can hold!Also, I LOVE the way the water container lifts out to clean & refill!!I highly, highly recommend this unit!Best one I have had so far, and I have tried many!

Stopped working after 3 months. It has been almost 2 months of emails, phone calls and chats and still no replacement. After jumping through hoops to prove it didn't work, my warranty claim was approved-ONE MONTH ago. I am still waiting. Every 2 or 3 emails are finally returned only to be told to chill and wait; you can't reach anyone live on the phone and they returned 1 of 2 calls. Live chat told me yesterday they have a delay because "they have had an influx of warranty claims at the moment" so that tells me the product is unreliable. I've asked for my claim to be elevated and nothing. In the meantime my warranty is running out on the next one they send me (if I ever get it).

We purchased this in March of 2024. It stopped working by the end of November 2024. It was a great humidifier until it wasn’t. Only used a handful of times and cleaned it before each use.

Works great...looks amazing. You'll love having this in any room

The humidifier works as it's supposed to, but what I really like is the design. It's sleek and doesn't resemble the ugly humidifiers as in past times. The easy, top-filling feature is a bonus. It runs very quietly as well if that's important to you.
