To begin with natures bounty products are pretty good ... this one i ordered but only tried 2 then I put them safely away until I got back from camping...from the 2 I tried I did have less fatigueness a little more energy...just to soon to tell if theu really work .. starting them tomorrow to keep up with them..Will keep you posted

It’s okay. Gave me a little energy boost, but I didn’t notice much fat loss. Easy to take, no side effects. Might work better for others.

I started using this in May. There was no stomach pain or nauseous feelings from it. Im not feeling hungry and I've lost some weight. But I have a lot of energy lately. So I put it on a monthly subscription.

When searching for anything on here, I always check the reviews. Most of the reviews claimed this stuff works magic. Well apparently for me, it didn't do anything. I followed the directions in taking two with a meal. I usually do this before heading to work in the morning. By the time i make it home, i am exhausted. I have also gained while taking these. Back to the drawing board I go, finding something that may help, and be worth trying.
