This was so easy to set up, and such a fun trampoline with the lights and basketball net! My kids have a blast with it and I love the safety of the net. It has held up really well this summer. We’ve been through two other trampolines already and the net would rip and screws would fall out. Definitely worth the money so far!

Update April 8, 2025Ok I just received another message with a tracking number for a new trampoline! This company is hands down the best I have ever communicated with and I highly recommend them. We can't wait to enjoy some fun on the replacement trampoline. If it turns out half as good as the customer service, then whoever buys it will not be disappointed. Again, I highly recommend getting a trampoline from this company.UPDATE April 4, 2025I changed my rating to 5 stars because customer service has been really great and has even offered to send a replacement trampoline. The trampoline itself seemed to be very sturdy and well made. The extras are really nice too. I do however still want to express caution with the anchors and straps. They are not the strongest. I do recommend getting this trampoline. It really is worth the investment to see the smiles on your kids faces, just might want to think about looking into a stronger anchor set.We just put this trampoline up 2 days ago. Everything was assembled properly, including the anchors. My daughter just got it for her birthday present and hasn't even been able to jump on it and it's already gone! The anchors completely failed to actually anchor the trampoline down during a rain storm! I can't even return it to get a refund or replacement because the company expects me to send the damaged item back but how can I send it back when it's completely gone?!

This took two of us about two hours to put together. Instructions are not thorough so much of what you do is guesswork, though not hard to figure out. It is a GREAT addition to the backyard and the kids have been on it many hours daily for the last six weeks. It also brings neighborhood kids, which is lovely for us. Would definitely purchase this again. Great quality! We live in a high wind area and the stakes for holding it down work great without any issues.

Had to go buy all new hardware. Bolts stripped when tightening the nuts leaving the uprights loose. Once the cheap nuts and bolts were replaced everything else went together fairly easily.Update- The seller reached out quickly and was helpful making the situation right.

Not bad but not super great good for smaller kids 13 an under

I had had this trampoline for 6 months. It had held up great!

I bought this item in November of 23 and the part you jump on is already weathered and getting holes in it. ( Updates on this review as of April 2025. ) The customer service reached out to me in concern about this product and the fact that I apparently received a defective part. They assured me that they would replace it asap. Within a few days I received the products and went above and beyond to make things right. They reached out to make sure that I received my product's and that they've meet my needs and made sure that I was happy with the service and the products. I am now happy that I purchased through this seller knowing that they put there customer's first and make there customer's happy and assure that the products are satisfying to the customer's. It was easy to assemble with assistance. It is very durable and worth every penny spent we got the 16 foot and my kids couldn’t be happier we have yet to put the lights on but we have been debating if it’s worth it with the sprinklers on. The safety net is a good idea I but honestly I couldn’t be bothered to string the rope through the bottom so we use zip ties instead which was faster and more secure. The size can accommodate my five children and they have a blast
