I love this laptop
I wanted a personal laptop that performed similar to what I’m used to at work. This fits the bill plus some! I love the size and the full number pad on the keyboard. So far, performance is great. Set up was also incredibly simple. It is heavier than I’m used to, but since I don’t need to carry it around much it’s completely fine. So glad I took a chance on a refurbished laptop!!

Just like new
I was skeptic about ordering a renewed laptop. But Amazon came through with a like new product that I have zero issues with. Shipping was fast like always and the product was packaged well and included all original items as when new. Excellent.

Didn't turn it on
The laptop was supposed to be refurbished and in an excellent condition. It arrived with no charge, so I never turned it on. The vent had sticky goo stick in it, one corner was cracked and the edge had marks that looked as though it had been dropped. Returned without plugging in or turning it on.

Keyboard wasn't lighted. That was the first thing I asked. I returned.

Easy setup. I don’t like that the battery doesn’t last long. It fluctuates: sometimes I can use the computer for 4 hours without it being on the charger, other days I can only use it two hours before it dies.
