Overall I'm not sure it does much for everyone, it seems to help me. As a man over 40. Helping me out of the blues somewhat. If you are starting with it start on half dose to see, then move on to full dose after a week or so. A noted thing is I've had a reduction of blood pressure taking this along with other supplements. It could be a placebo effect??? I find a supplements that help then it dissappear from the market it seems.

It is a slow process, usually, and often goes unnoticed until you stop taking them and get ill or feel the way you felt before taking these. This applies here, too. That said, I have noticed improved stamina and strength, as well as quicker recovery after exerting myself. I have been moving to another state recently and, as expected, I am doing all sorts of physical things, like lifting and carrying heavy appliances and furniture, exercise equipment, boxes of books, etc. At 50+ years of age, this takes a heavy toll on your body. Without Tongkat Ali + Fadogia Agrestis, I would not be getting things done as quickly or painlessly. I feel younger than my driver's license says I am. I got this item to see if it would help boost my testosterone levels like it can do for some individuals.I have been taking it for about two weeks now and I haven't noticed any changes in my libido. It may work well for some, but I am not one of those fortunate few. It is packaged well, doesn't have any weird after taste so long as you drink a glass of water with it and immediately eat a meal as recommended.While I can't recommend it for myself, it may work for you. It's worth trying.I have had more results from the longjack extract capsules I tried previous to trying this product.
