Not sure yet
I'm still in the process of using it. I love the massage but the oil compartment doesn't work. I apply the oil to my hair then use it. I think it is a good value for the money. It feels comfortable on my scalp. I will update in a month

Works WONDERS...with 1 small issue
I have been using this brush for about 2 months now. After having COVID, I suffered from massive hair loss and I needed a solution ASAP to get my hair to start growing back. For the past year, I tried so many different options, including high frequency treatment, microneedling, and hair oil. I saw some improvement, but I had heard so much positivity about red light therapy so I wanted to give it a try. I bought this brush back when it was on sale. And I truly believe it is worth it. It not only feels good and relaxing, BUT it also has a dedicated compartment to add oils so that it can distribute them into your scalp during treatment.I no longer use this compartment because the cap on the top does not stay on. This is the reason I knocked down 1 star. The cap should have a better design in order to prevent from the oil spilling everywhere. I now just use the dropper the hair oil comes with to distribute on my scalp and then use the brush.

Is it worth $300.00
Feels good, but not worth 300.00. It is just as good to use a oil bottle with point tip and a head massager

Control hair oil, soul extraction, confort, good quality
The media could not be loaded. Me and my daughter are both in love with this magic brush! Let me tell you, I have super oil hair type. After using Breo with eucalyptus essential oils right after shower, it’s a game changer. Before, I have to wash my hair every other day because my hair was oily and itchy! After 2 weeks of using Breo, my hair changed a lot with less oily and I even notice there are some “baby hair” grow around my hairline.Trust me, this bursh is the one for anyone looking to pamper their scalp wherever they go, and the quality is good after 2 weeks with daily usage

High price but extreme underwhelming
It’s leaking oil, very underwhelming for the high price, and it died quickly. Doesn’t really massage more like scrape your scalp back and forth like a comb.

I love this new and curious machine
This is basically a skin kneading massager with hair brush like bristles that really get their intended purpose done. I use it on my face as well because the near-infrared light is great for stimulating collagen production and regrowth of hair. I have a bald head so the sharp bristles can hurt sometimes if I’m not controlling where it wants to wander across my scalp. I get great use of the near infrared light while someone with a full head of hair will get a super scalp massage protected by hair and hair roots, but won’t get full effects of the red light therapy.

The Liquid Tank Cover Issue
I recently purchased a Breo Scalp3 Scalp Massaging Brush, and, overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. However, a significant flaw has left me frustrated and concerned about potential messes. The liquid tank cover simply refuses to close securely, leading to a real risk of oil spills. From the outset, I was impressed with the design and functionality of this Breo Scalp3 Scalp Massaging Brush. It seemed like the perfect solution for my needs. Unfortunately, the flawed liquid tank cover has dampened my enthusiasm. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot get it to close tightly, and this poses a serious problem—oil spills are now a constant worry. If you're considering purchasing this product, be aware of the liquid tank cover issue. It's a stain that such a seemingly small flaw can have a significant impact on the overall satisfaction with an otherwise promising product. I hope the manufacturer addresses this problem in future iterations, as it's a real drawback for an otherwise functional device.
