Got this for my Mom without trying myself and not knowing what to expect. She said that after trying the first one, she started noticing improvement in the blood circulation in her feet, the pain went away, and she could walk more easily. She also started sleeping better and feel lighter overall and she thinks it's related because, it started as she started using these patches. Unfortunately, thete's not a lot in the package. I will get her more in the future, it would be great if the box said if these patches are OK to use every day or if there is a recommended period to use and then stop for a while.

I have been using foot pads for a better part of 3 years now. I tried a bulk pack on Amazon, they worked fine. I decided to try something new this time and tried the ginger. I will say that the pads stuck better to my feet, additionally I slept better and had more energy for the next two days than usual.

Received this product today. They are easy to put on but they don't stay on. Used tape to reinforce but they still did not stay on. I've read the instructions but have no idea if there is a step I missed. I have no idea on pain relief as I cannot keep them on.UpdateI started using socks to keep the pads on. There seems to be some reduction in bulging veins in my legs. Will continue to use for another month to see results.

The media could not be loaded. I liked that these foot pads were easy to apply and they stayed in place 8+ hours after I put them on before going to sleep. I also like the natural gingery smell. Overall a very soothing experience.

These are horrible. They adhesive is so strong that it rips when you are taking it off. You try to get the “leftovers” off and it will not come off. I wish I could return them because they are so bad. I guess I will just throw them away.

I was looking for a product that could refresh my feet and legs. You don't know these days what kind of toxins remain in your body and need to be removed. This product is easy to use and when I wake up in the morning I am feeling good. Thank you
