BEST SUGAR SUBSTITUTE AVAILABLE
This is the best no carb sweetener on the market. The last piece to my 20 carb a day diet was my coffee. NUTRASWEET has wood alcohols in it and tastes bad. My geneticist suggested to stay away from it. The other ones like Stevia can effect the heart. They have not found any thing wrong with Allouse to date. You can use it like sugar in any anything, including baking! The 5lbs bag lasts me about 8 weeks. I am not ordering it all the timeDelivery is a couple days, good for me!I suggest for anyone seeking a healthier, better tasting, non artifical sweetener.I read that new Allouse formula is making its way through the FDA. It is stated to be sweeter than the version available today.KETO ON@

Allulose better than Erithytol, etc.
We have been substituting sugar for Monkfriut with "erithytol" for years. Now we are using Monkfriut with "allulose" as it is a much healthier product which will not create or generate fat cells. Wow!!! Knowledge is power as I compared all the Monkfriut mixtures cause n effects and the one with allulose didn't cause fat cells like the others. The granules look more like salt than sugar but the taste is great. I will continue to buy this product forever to satisfy our sweet tooth urges n desires.....

Closest Thing to Sugar I’ve Found Yet
I’ve been on the hunt for a low-calorie sweetener that doesn’t come with that well-known artificial aftertaste. Sucralose, erythritol, stevia, aspartame — I can't get behind them. This monk fruit + allulose blend is the first one that actually comes close to tasting like real sugar. At first, I was thrown off that the first ingredient was allulose, not monk fruit. But after digging a bit, it makes sense. Monk fruit is estimated to be 100-250x sweeter than sugar, so it’s usually blended with something like allulose to make it usable at a 1:1-ish ratio. Allulose is only about 70% as sweet as sugar and has minimal aftertaste, so the combo actually works really well. For daily use in coffee, tea, or oatmeal, this stuff is great. I’m not sure how it’ll hold up in baking, especially if you’re looking for that full sugar replacement in cookies, but it’s worth trying. If you’ve been burned by the usual sugar substitutes, this one might finally win you over.

Nice sugar alternative
Pretty good taste, it’s not exactly the same as regular sugar, but sweet enough to replace sugar. Doesn’t have an overly strong stevia flavor like some sugar alternatives have. It’s more mild. Overall it’s a good replacement for those on a restricted diet or health concerns like diabetes. A little pricey but considering it’s meant to reduce sugar/calorie intake I think it’s worth the price for those who benefit from it. I haven’t tried it in baking yet, but it’s worked for me in my beverages hot and cold.

Best Sugar Substitute!
No bitter aftertaste. No fizzing. Natural sweetener. As I'm a diabetic, this is one of the few substitute sweeteners I can use in place of white sugar. I even use it in baking and cooking, and I can't tell the difference. I would definitely recommend this product.

Best sweetener I've found!
I like this very much. Made strawberry sauce for an angel food cake. Both had this monk fruit as the sweetener. They both taste great! I'll buy again soon.

Disappointing drop in quality of product in recent months
I've been using this particular brand of monkfruit with allulose for a couple of years since the last brand I used stopped being available at a decent price. Most deliveries have been fine, quality was as expected. However, the last two times I ordered it, the product arrived solid and in large chunks, completely unable to be used as intended (I typically use it as sweetener for my coffee). I held off on a negative review the first time, but twice in a row the exact same problem and the product is unreturnable. I'll be finding a new brand to try; shame, the quality was there in the past.Edit 2/24/25--The seller contacted me directly and offered a full refund as recompense for the shoddy product. I am adjusting my rating up to 3 stars to recognize this attempt to rectify the situation, and I will give this product another shot, next time I am in need.
