I haven't had this for long. I've only used it while laying in bed so far. Seems to be durable. I may buy a second for the other side so I can do both at once. Very convenient and effective. Glad to own it. I'd recommend to a friend.

Not the easiest but it does work and helps if you don't have someone to help you stretch.

Would be nicer if it had a better way to max out on the strap when fully stretching the foot. I would like to see longer hoops in each of the lengths so you can straighten your back when stretching.

This is an amazing, simple, highly effective stretch tool. I only wish I had gotten one sooner!The fabric is 5 star, it's beautifully made and durable. I had a stroke many yrs ago and to the average eye I look completely recovered but I'm a dancer and my balance is slightly off. I was able to identify the weak muscles in my heel, ankle and calf with this stretch tool and now on my way to a targeted full recovery.I highly endorse this product!!

This was an inexpensive item that helped to stretch my foot and relieve pain. It is very easy to use, and I thought it was a good purchase.
