One of the best products I’ve gotten to keep my insulin cold. I’ve tried the bags with the ice packs. They always melt way quicker than they say they are and then you don’t have any extras to keep them cold. This one you do I’ve never had one problem since I’ve gotten it Best Buy so far death I’ll buy again and I will absolutely tell family and friends

Works great. Keeps my sons insulin’s from getting to warm while out and about. Almost keeps it too cold I think.

This item works great in theory but the ice pack for it sucks. It just doesn’t stay cold long enough. I used it while at Disneyland. It was 70s the days we were there. It sucked that it was warm by early afternoon and it wasn’t even that hot! So buyer beware of that. For clarification… I followed the directions for the ice pack. Also… we put the ice pack in the freezer, the meds and the container in the refrigerator when it wasn’t out and about with us. So no reason for it not to be cold longer. We kept it in the insulated bag it came with as well.

This item is fantastic. For me it stays cool for about 14 to 18 hours depending on the outside temperature. But, I don't think there's any "bio chemical" in the cooling element. Be sure to put the lid in the freezer as well, it does make a difference.

Purchased on recimmendation from endo that a cooler could make the insulin last longer instead of the 28 days if kept cold. It keeps the insulin cold all day until I put it back into the fridge. Ice pak mostly frozen still
