Energy booster!!!
These are great for my son who plays a lot of sport but has a restricted diet. They give him an immediate boost and help raise his energy levels. The taste is a bit sweet and quite artificial but not too bad. Taste best when kept cooler.

Value for money
Manchester marathon changed their gel sponsor from SiS to High5 - and I was gutted.I decided to train with High5 to save having to carry 8+ gels during the marathon. Very liquid compared to SiS, and it did take a while to remember this everytime I opened one on a training run!Blackcurrant is a pleasant flavour, worked well with my carb needs and didn't cause any stomach issues.Will continue to use these as they are a lot more affordable than SiS - these companies aren't stupid when it comes to sponsoring events are they!

These energy gels are the best tasting ones I’ve had. In terms of energy not sure if they are the greatest. I think SIS possibly do a bit more for me personally. However, they beat every energy gels on taste. Size is smaller but decent product. It’s so easy to drink, very easy not thick. I got apple it’s like drinking apple sauce. I have found no issue with leaks but they are a bit thinner than normal gels.

This is excellent value and I really rate the contents as doing what you want them to. Nice taste and a good energy boost when required.
