No complaints, seems to work as well as any creatine without any extra fillers or anything. No flavor that I could taste.

No stomach issues and love that it’s vegan! Creatine supplements have been hit and miss for me as far as whether I have stomach upset or not. This one has been great, no problems and more energy. I think it does seem to have issues fully dissolving but I just make sure to keep stirring as I’m drinking. No taste at all which makes it easy to mix with any liquid.

Very pleased with this stuff. Mixes well, does what its supposed.

I take a scoop every morning. Dissolves easily into your beverage of choice, seems like a great quality, although I’m no expert. No after taste and great value.

This stuff works amazingly. Muscle soreness decreased significantly. Dissolving was eh, most time stuff would settle at the bottle. The reason why I took one star away is because (for me) water retention was absolutely awful. I was hoping after taking it for over a month, it would resolve but sadly it didn’t. A couple days after I stopped taking it, the water retention was gone. Unfortunately I did stop taking it but other than that, it works great.

Excellent supplement. It dissolves easily into my water and I add electrolyte powder as well. I’m gaining strength as well as feeling less brain fog. Highly recommend.

Due to this creatine I noticed that I’ve gained a few pounds and I’m leaner so I can say this is absolutely worth it
