It works and it's easy to use
I used to sell this years ago and know LTP are a company that makes good products, used it on limestone floor tiles (stone not ceramic) managed four coats on thirty square metres of floor. Two before grouting and two after , it looks stunning. That said we were careful to remove every speck of .... anything and get it bone dry. Prepare it well and you will love the result, buy this!

Not quite as advertised
The product is advertised as having a "wet look" finish. After applying 6 coats travertine marble tiles it looks good in every respect other than producing a "wet look" finish. The surface was prepared thoroughly according to the instructions and I have a very smooth high sheen finish but not a "wet look" finish

Reliable and trustworthy product.
Have used this product here and there on my slate kitchen floor. The floor gets a fairly hard life, what with the dog traipsing in and out, six cats loitering around, not to mention 2 kids back and forth. This product is about the best I've found to protect and seal the floor and giving it a decent shine.I preclean the floor beforehand and usually apply about 3 costs over the course of about 2 hours. Being quite porous, the skate quickly absorbs the sealer and is usually dry enough to walk on after this. Once properly hardened, after a few days or so, it is fully waterproof and looks fantastic. I always use this stuff and will continue to do so as long as the floor is down. Excellent stuff!!

Simply superb
I,ve been a Mason now for over 35 years and have always been willing to try a new product , though to be honest I normally do stick with LTP , I managed to get my hands on some rare Cornish slate for a sunroom floor and needed a special sealant that would both enhance and protect these old tiles , I ran a sealant test on a spare tile and was amazed at the finish and depth of penetration the sealant provided , the finished job looks amazing , however I would note that just simply liberally applying the sealant is not enough , one has to be careful not to overload unevenly , so experience is really necessary , overall , simply superb.

Awful
Absolutely terrible product, slightest bit of water in kitchen or bathroom the sealer turns white opaque and flakes off making your floor look awful.See pictures, worst product ever used.Trying to figure out what to use to remove but seller less than helpful.

Quick and easy to apply
Quick and easy to apply, good shine with only one coat, applied to slate floor tiles, have used before just need to make sure that you leave no bubbles when applying.
