The charger that came with my red light device unfortunately did not work. I contacted customer service through the email address included with the device instructions to let them know of the problem. They responded the next day and the issue was resolved the following day to my satisfaction. Customer service was easy to work with and prompt in addressing the problem.The red light device works nicely and has helped with some pain I have been experiencing. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had mine since October 2024 and I find that it helps me with my back pain and hip pain. I’m currently on my weight loss journey and because I work long hours sitting at a desk chair, I’ve been struggling with hip and upper back pain because of my weight and bad posture. This has helped me sleep better at night. I usually use it right before bed. It turns off on its own after 20 minutes so you don’t have to worry if you accidentally fall asleep while wearing it. The violet light relaxes me so much. You do have to have it plugged in for it to work since it doesn’t run on a battery. Also, to power it on, you have to press the button down for a few seconds to power it on. When I first opened it, I really thought it didn’t work but after I read the instructions, I figured out how to turn it on lol. Lastly, the cord is over 70 inches long so it’s perfect to plug it in next to your bed or in the living room while watching tv. You can even wear it while working since it doesn’t make any kind of noise while it’s on. I would definitely recommend it.

I have found that NIR and red light therapy helps a lot of my pain issues, but I travel really light, so I got this one to replace my large belt. I love that it works on USB type-C. It took me a little while to find a power adapter that would work with it. Some work, but won't give you all of the light levels. So I found one and also found a portable battery that would work with it, so I'm totally mobile now. I think it's really powerful for such a little light, and you can pretty much move it wherever you need it.

I would have given this 5 stars if it were a wireless item. It works very well, easy to use, and good value for the money.

Been waiting to see a difference

Good product

Good instructions. Easy to use. Has one light pad and two Velcro straps of different lengths to accommodate most sizes and body parts. I’m currently using it on my neck for wrinkles, my hip and leg for IT pain, abd my knees because they’re fat. lol I do see a difference in the skin feel and appearance in my neck after only 3 ten minute sessions and I’m hopeful for the rest. The cord could be longer as I have limited outlets in my old house.l but aside from that I’m pleased.
