This is a great product and I don't write many reviews. I bought this when I was having some right foot pain, which I was told was plantar facitis. Shortly after buying this, I had a pop in my foot and had two broken metatarsals. My foot swelled up and was huge for about a week. I used this product every night when I went to bed. Slid it on a fell asleep. Yes, it does not get overall freezing cold like an ice bag, which I prefer. I could put it on and wear it 20 minutes. Put it back in the freezer and reuse again in an hour. I can easily say this helped in my recovery and would not have iced used cold treatment as much otherwise, but this was so easy to use and hassle free.

Gets pretty darn cold and is super comfortable. Provides excellent relief to my (mildly) sprained ankle. I got the XL and I wear a size 14 men’s shoe, it could be a little more snug (this is coming from an RN who likes his compression socks to leave words in his legs). Allows full range of motion.

I got two so I can ice both ankles at once. They fit great and you can easily move around in them. How easy they are to use makes me ice more regularly. They come with bags to protect them in the freezer. The compression is an added bonus and makes them more comfortable. I have recommended to a friend who got them too.

This is an excellent cooling and compression sleeve for foot/ankle injuries. I've used this a handful of times over the last year for a lisfranc fracture and it's held up well! The only downside, and why I docked a star, is because it is a sleeve. You can't adjust the compression and it can be a little tricky to get on depending on your injury. Besides that it is great and I highly recommend it - it really helps with foot pain.

The TheraICE Ankle Ice Pack Wrap has been a game-changer for pain and swelling in the ankle and foot. It gets nice and cold, but if it feels a little too intense, popping it in the fridge instead of the freezer works perfectly. My family loves it so much we’ve bought several TheraICE products—for everything from migraines to rolled ankles. Highly recommend!

I think that it's important that you get the proper size depending on the size and shape of your leg. They fit very snuggly and stay cold for a few hours. When I wake up through the night, they feel quite warm and I usually take them off. I have followed the advice of just wiping them off with a damp cloth. No particularly bad o

I love this thing! Bought a second (thicker version). Then bought my husband one. I throw these on when my feet get hot or achy; comfy enough to wear for a long while. Stays cold & the gel is smooth to get on and off. Big fan! I wear size 6 and got the Small. Husband is a 12 and the XL fits.

This thing is awesome! I sprained my ankle, and my whole foot and ankle are swollen. I was having difficulty maneuvering ice packs - they were too cold or kept falling, and I had to keep moving them. I can wear this over my compression socks, and it is super comfortable and easy to get on and off. It gets cold in time for my next icing. I have not tried heating it. Worth every penny in my book!
