Good and cheap
Changed oil times 2 using this fillter on my X5 35d. I change oil at 8,000 miles, and the filter I removed looked the same as the one installed. Who knows if they work as good as OEM, but they look OK after 8k miles.Update: I changed the oil again @ 10,000 miles with the same results as above. Filter looked fine after 1ok miles. Thank you

Exact fit with all 4 gaskets!
Exact fit for X5 35D M57 diesel. Comes with drain plug copper gasket and the 3 rubber filter housing gaskets.

I could tell that this is not OE, BUT…
It is a solid four stars product.It comes with the gaskets you need and fits well. Five stars is the BMW packaged, OEM product, so compared to that, this is a solid four. I will keep buying them for the value aspect.

Decent for the cost
Fits my 2011 x5 35d just fine. I've used this same type 3 or 4 times now. Decent for the cost.Probably not meant for non-diesel x5's.

Just like OE!
When compared to OE filter it is impossible to tell the difference! This is a great product, great price. Also comes with copper oil pan crush washer. Nice tough!

Product comes with all new o-rings and a copper crush ring for the drain plug. I have used this very filter for three of my BMW and all have performed well.

non fitment
this filter did not fit my 2009 bmw x5 diesel as stated. the holes were to small and i almost broke my filter housing to install. threw it away and waisted my time and money. it could not be returned because it had oil on it and I am not sending a oily thing thu the mail... do not buy!
