It is a solid product; I have been using it for about 2 years now. I usually do not like to leave reviews too soon after purchase, because you do not really know how well it will function (so I am back logged on reviews:0). I thought it offered a lifetime machine warrantee when purchased, it was confusing, I think it is a lifetime fitness/support warrantee. Regardless, I do love this machine. I feel it is a solid piece of equipment and expect it to last a very long time (unlike, those of us who have experienced some of amazon items that break down too soon). Overall, I like the higher vibration, but now that I have an injury (neck/shoulder), I like the lower settings. I have found a use for all settings. Whether I am feeling spry, need an ear pop, cleansing out, stress tension release, or back/body adjustment, I use the vibration.When tired, I put my donut pillow on the seat, so it does not interfere with the led screen, and I sit. It is great for days where I am so tired that I cannot exercise/stretch - or even stand. I use it sitting watching a film to decompress. I have lower back pain (that comes and goes) and it does a nice job to release tension, and I am able to stretch my legs out so I can work different areas of my body.I also bought a different style that utilizes oscillation and lateral movement. I love that as well. Not at first, I had different expectations for it. I gave it a shot and found a great place for it. I use it for sound baths, meditation and relaxation. It is also great!I am a licensed therapist, and I use both machines personally. I also use them in my wellness business. I do not give reviews lightly. I am very satisfied with both machines. I am happy for my purchases, and they have been wonderful additions in my health and wellness arsenal!

I like the way it makes me feel after I use it. It’s quiet and has 99 speeds which is crazy. It has preset modes which I like a lot and it comes with a paper poster to help with different exercises. Definitely worth the money. It’s kind of big for the space I have in my apartment but that’s ok the quality is great. It’s already assembled and comes with a remote. My pain is defined subsiding compared to what it was.

I was hesitant to buy this because I didn’t know if could believe the “hype”. Thankfully I finally gave in and bought it. So far I am using it to lift arm weights and do squats. I can tell it makes you use your core muscles to balance and the vibration feels like a massage. I absolutely love it and becoming addicted lol. Even on my busiest days I can squeeze in fifteen minutes and always feel so much better. I’m starting to notice that I’m already feeling more toned. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you lifepro!

Helps tremendously with soreness and swelling!!

I'm 73 and was looking for a way I could workout and build muscle tone without me having to take Tylenol for a couple of days afterwards because of being so sore. I found it! The whole body vibration plate allows me to do a gentle but productive workout without pain. It also has the added benefits of promoting lymph node drainage, a big plus! It's super easy to use and I don't have those big monthly payments to a gym.

Husband likes it and uses it several times a week. He gives thumbs up and says he feels better. My balance isn't good enough to stand on it independently. I put it next to a high backed chair, which makes me feel more secure. Very strong vibrations, but it depends on settings and where you place your feet. Easy to set up and use. Seems to be good quality and affordable. Haven't used attachments yet.

What a difference! The LifePro Waver Vibration Plate Exercise Machine takes away my leg and back and neck aches and pains with its comfortable vibration. I started using it for 5 minutes at the 1 vibration setting (it has 99 settings). After a couple of days I started using it for 10 minute sessions at 10 vibration setting (1 morning, one evening). I've used it at that level for the last few weeks and it's working fine for me. My lower back has been stiff when I wake up, but my morning LifePro Wave session loosens me up and gets me ready for an active day. My evening session helps me relax before bedtime and often helps me sleep through the night more consistently. My circulation seems better, especially in my legs, after LifePro Waver sessions. I'm convinced it's healthy for me and I recommend it to friends and family.

I love this vibrating plate! It is so sturdy and wide giving you a good heavy vibrate if that's what you want. Sleek and nice to look at in my living room....(i was afraid it was going to be an eyesore). Totally quiet. I was nervous about the power cord initially as people were complaining, but it says in the booklet to push it in till it CLICKS! Thats what makes it tight people!!!! Also, the paperwork is very clear if you Arnt happy or if something is wrong, they will replace it or give you your money back. That was nice to read. Also a free lifetime warranty but you have to register within 2 weeks of purchase, i didn't realize that so i don't know what that means for me...... Either way i totally recommend!
