Defective Item and Poor Customer Service
The product was delivered defective as it could not connect to the channels. I tried to contact technical support several times before returning the product and was unsuccessful. Besides all this, the manufacturer did not refund the entire purchase amount. Terrible product, no technical support, and dishonest because they kept part of my money.

For the features you get, the H8 Box is a steal. I was skeptical at first because I've used similar devices that lagged or crashed constantly. This one? Totally different story. Super fast, great picture, and stable. I’m a big football fan, and streaming games on this thing feels just like watching on cable — zero delay and full HD quality. The built-in Bluetooth means I can hook up my wireless headphones or game controller when I want. Honestly, it feels like it should cost more for the quality you're getting.
