First off: If you don’t feel affects after the first few packs, don’t give up. These work wonders for helping to curb my social anxiety.Other notes: Odd flavor but it’s not bad. Maybe in the future, there could be more flavor options? Overall though, this product chills me out. Will continue to buy. I suggest mixing with more water than recommended for a more diluted taste.I also frequently buy the 12 pack of Leila cans. I like the cans more but these packets are more convenient for on the go events.

This is the first of its kind I have tried so I have nothing to compare it to, but this is absolutely horrible tasting!!

Like I said the title I didn’t really care for the taste all that much but I’m drinking it to get the calming effects and it seems to do that. I ended up doing a double dose of cava because that night I had Gummies of another type that really got me flying and a little bit paranoid and so help calm me down, and I was able to enjoy the rest of the night. God bless America and make sure when you make it. You make it in water so you can drink it. I would not put it in anything else like definitely not coffee but putting it in water makes it very drinkable. The little tear open packs are pretty easy to use, but if you tear them at a funny angle, then you’re gonna have to take a minute and carefully pour them in Coastwise. I think it’s a fair price.

Liked it, definitely a calm feeling. Great before bed!

Update: Taste. Yuck,5g of sugar. What!?! That’s a lot of sugar. Maybe some other in cans or bars has that much sugar. I just am conscious. The flavor, um, I’m not sure what kind of berry. Maybe a mulberry/ elderberry mixed with raspberry. Not horrible. But. Meh.The kava tingle is minimal for those not liking the tingle. And while I agree with the guy who says it’s not like having a beer. I agree. Usually I add my kava mix to a flavored water or sparkling something. My favorite brand starts with K. Less sugar. Tastes better. Was cheaper. And I love it in Fresca. Or sparkling flavored water. I’m still drinking my first one of these. Not impressed. I’d send back if I could. Oh well. The best is big batch like brewed in kava bars. The cans are ok- they just cost so much to ship. So. The powdered is left. And for those who have never tried Kava. It’s not like a beer or alcohol. I don’t get drunk. Maybe a bit relaxed. I don’t think it’s palpable for me to decide, but others say I’m calmer- that’s a plus! With sparkling soda it’s fizzy like a beer. Give it a try. Well. I’d try the KK brand. Wooos. 😬

Taste is weird but effects are awesome. My husband and I don’t drink alcohol, these are a nice gentle substitute for a night cap when you’re trying to relax the day away. They are a little pricey for the meager amount you get. Wish they were a little cheaper.
