I got this with the intention of crushing some tablets to use as starter for L. Reuteri yogurt (techically fermented dairy). It worked perfectly. The tablets are difficult to crush so I eventually gave up crushing after crushing a couple. I left some to dissolve during fermentation. (I used about 10 for 4 cups of milk). I added this and inulin powder to A2 whole milk and fermented at 100 degrees for 36 hours. It turned out perfectly and was so much cheaper than buying the powdered starter. I didn't even have curd and whey separation (A2 milk is supposed to help with that). I also have lots left over to simply use as directed or to start other batches, but once you get things going, you can use yogurt from the previous batch to start the new. So happy I tried these!

Yes. It started working fast. By belly is flatter within a week. Very affordable too 👍🏻

Doesn't taste horrible. I put 1 or 2 in my mouth and suck on them, and they don't taste horrible. Not sure if they are doing the job or not, but the quality of this brand seems good. For sure the price of this one was great! I don't swallow them, but each vitamin is extremely small so if should be easy to swallow if you wanted to. I like to keep it in my mouth until it melts, because that's where I want it anyway!

I use this with reuetri capsules to make an easier to digest yogurt. Ferment at 100F for 36 hours. 2 capsules and 2 pills (pulverized) will do a quart of milk. After 36 hours, the quart of (now) yogurt will do 8 more quarts of milk.

Not for me. I’m sticking to my daily yogurt. IMO leave your gut alone unless you have been tested and know what needs to be “planted” down there.

I reached out to email customer service aboutwhich strain exactly the Lactobacillus rhamnosus,they kindy replied it is the LRa05 ,to be honest i was hoping it's the GG strainwhich the one i was looking for BOTH STRAINS ARE GOOD NO PROBLEMI hope they write on each bottle the exact strain

I purchased this for my dog. He started itching out of the blue. It progressively worsen over time. I knew his guy health was off. Within a week, his itching substantially subsided and his digestion was better. These tablets are small and can be hidden in anything. I’m grateful for having such a great product available in such a high dose.
