I have pets so a lot of traffic from garden and walks. Incredibly impressed so far. Carpets less than a year old and can’t believe how much dirt came from just two steps. So easy to use. Must read instructions first. No need for carpet cleaner to go in the unit. I used house hold kitchen spray first on the carpet. It’s great for small areas like stairs and landing.

Okay, like, the clue is in the description - it’s a SPOT cleaner. It’s good for getting a mark out of a carpet before it stains - like an emergency wine spill removal, or similar, but don’t expect it to clean a large area of carpet - if you need to do that, hire a professional unit like a Rug Doctor.DON’T put cleaning fluid in the clean water tank. For most spot removal with freshly-spilled contaminant, just use clean warm water in the tank as described in the instructions. If you need to get a more difficult stain out, then by all means use something like 1001 Carpet Cleaner or Vax fluid, and scrub the stain with a solution of cleaner in water, then use this unit to rinse the cleaner and suck the dirty water out of the carpet.It sucks pretty well, but it won’t leave the carpet really dry.Overall, I’d say this is a useful carpet cleaning vacuum, so long as you regard it as something primarily to rescue your carpet in an emergency!

Brilliant little cleaner. This arrived yesterday and I have just cleaned my car seats with it.It's light and easy to use. Easy to swopbover from one head to another.Great little cleaner for the money

It's tiny machine, constantly filling it up with liquid due tanks being small. Can't believe paid £59.99 for it :(

Alot smaller than I thought. Seems to have done the job though. Wouldn't recommend if doing big carpets. Ideal for cars , maybe a sofa

This is a nifty little spot cleaner. I was a bit dubious of the size at first but it's well put together and holds a decent amount of water. The suction power is strong and the spray nozzle is wide reaching and robust. I've had great fun using this on every bit of upholstery and carpet I can find. It works a treat, making old things look new again.

Disappointed there was no cleaning solution enclosed to use with the machine
