Perfect for teenagers. Grandson has being using these vitamins throughout the age groups, so ,glad they now making for teenagers. Would recommend. You get 30 in the box. Chewable. Includes B2 and B12 for energy release. As well as vitamins C&D for immune support.

My kids love them, and wish there was a sweet that tasted just like these.With two picky eaters, ensuring that they are getting every nutrient they need to grow and develop well is never easy. So if I can get them to willingly take a supplement each night to top them up with anything they are missing in their diet, then I am a happy mum.
