Very disappointed in the shredder. The shredder did a nice job of shredding cheese, but the second time I used it, the plastic cutter tube cracked. I tried to order a replacement, but there is no website, email, phone number or address to contact anyone to order a part. I would return it if my 30-day return window hadn’t expired. I believe it’s made in China. I try not to order anything made in China.

I tried a couple of crank graters, and they are just a lot of work. This was so easy. Works great and quiet motor. Everything comes apart for easy cleaning. I love mine.

Very satisfied with this product - It makes grating cheese a pleasure.

Had this for 2 months, used twice, when the plastic piece holding the blades broke. It works great, but it's broken. I am outside the window to return it. Hopefully I can replace it. Spend more money and buy a better one.

It works fairly decently and gets the job done. Overkill when I want to shred small batches, but it's better than manually shredding. Cleanup is more work than a manual shredder, so pick your poison.

Used this grater twice and the plastic part that holds the blades broke into two pieces. In addition it throws cheese everywhere . It’s hard to clean. Basically it’s junk. Can’t return it because it’s been too long although I only used it twice. Won’t grate hard cheese. Guess I’ll toss it in the garbage. Very disappointed. China needs to rethink this model or better yet let’s bring industry back to the USA.
