No, despite the picture above claiming a quiet close if you let go of the lid… bang.

I have sat on my KOHLER K-4775-95 Brevia" and did not detect any bending. I weigh more than 130#.

The seat has 4 feet under the lid. They are molded into the lid. Hope this helps.
