Great non alcoholic mouthwash
Formerly used to use Listerine mouthwash until my dentist told me that alcohol based mouthwashes can cause oral cancer. Switched to Colgate Plax because it’s not alcoholic. It has a nice minty aftertaste that lasts until you have your first meal. I use it twice a day - early morning and at bedtime
