Way cheaper than mucinex, with just the basic ingredient that I need on occasion. Two of these will last me a very long time.

The way they are shaped - not just round but they have like a dome shape on both horizontal sides that is just enough to make them catch in your throat sometimes and then the taste gets stuck in your mouth to. None have gotten permanently stuck or I wouldn't be here to write this review. There have been a few times when I should have taken an extra tablet or too but its actually kind of scary when they get stuck and then the problem multiplies because of your anxiety and you throat closes up too. I just don't understand how they decide on the shapes or sizes of pills because too much of the time they are difficult to swallow because they are too large overall or too wide, too fat, too long. I WISH they could do Goldy Locks choice: JUST RIGHT.I have had pills that were actually HARDER TO SWALLOW than these but its just anxiety-provoking or avoidance provoking once you get one stuck at the back of your throat. They still make these so hopefully that means everybody eventually gets them down or unstuck.We need the medication provided in these pills but do they ever study how many people have difficulty swallowing them. I mean drug manufacturers do studies on lots of things and if degree of difficulty in swallowing isn't on that list of stuff to check they should add it.

With healthcare costs going up we often look for comparable products that compare favorably with the name brand items. Our process is to compare side by side & evaluate the value before settling on something different.Due to our humid climate and frequent interaction with a lot of folks we occasionally have need for this type of product to relieve sinus congestion and related problems. The brand name products and prescriptions all work well but come with every increasing costs. We elected to try this brand from Amazon and find it to work very well indeed. The dosage is a bit lower than the 12 hour name brand which is 600mg, but we find this to bring swift relief for the desired period of time.

These work well to break up bronchitis. The ingredients are clean without colors or extra stuff added.

Love the price and the smaller dosage.

I have not noticed any significant changes yet. Perhaps I haven't taken enough yet. I was very disappointed that the dosing directions were covered over by a giant UPC code symbol.
