Flight of the Instrument Fairies [DVD] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]

I bought this product for my 3 year old as she loves The Little Einsteins. We were both very disappointed when we put the DVD in the player and it refused to play - it was being sold as a NEW product. It came up with a Region Error message saying that 'Playback is not authorised in your region'. As far as we can see it is because the DVD came from USA - unbeknown to us there must be some regional block on the DVD. Why they are selling a DVD that doesn't play in the UK on a UK Amazon site is beyond us. We are in the midst of trying to get our money back. Very sad little Toddler.
