Great DVD
I think this is the third and final DVD in the series, the first is Beginner and the second is Intermediate.This has the same yoga practitioners as int Intermediate, the brunette is in all three and the blonde partner with the short hairdo is in the prior one and in this one. Despite what some reviews claim, the brunette on the DVD cover is the same as in the movie, it might just be a matter of the photo cover being in monochrome and the movie being in full color.it is the shortest movie in the series, but none of the three are feature length, all three are under an hour.One wonders why the DVD makers did not just include all three on one disc or in one set.The female narrator is the same in all three, there is soft soothing music and the background with lit candles and one picture on the wall is the same.

Some people really buy into all of this Gaia Mother Earth junk. I got this series just to watch the women move around naked. So shoot me but girls do like to look at girls sometimes. Well worth the price and time spent. Grab a girlfriend, get naked, and watch it together.

The video is just a rerun of the same techniques over and over again the person advertised in the promo is not the same person in the videos

Not what I expected
This is not an instructional video of any kind. This should have been reserved as a "special feature" for those that bought the box set of the entire series instead of a stand alone video. It wasn't too expensive, so I'm not overly upset, just looking for a couples' instructional video so the wife and I could interact more while doing yoga.
