TiptreeDouble One Orange & Tangerine Marmalade, 12 Ounce Jar

If you are not familiar with what quality marmalade tastes like, do try it by way of the Tiptree brand that has been in existence since the late 1800s if I recall! Marmalade made from Seville oranges (grown in Spain) is supposed to have a raw bitterness to it, and with that said, true marmalade, as is witnessed by the Tiptree brand is supposed to excite the taste buds with a not so sweet purity versus marmalades made in the US which tend to be so sweet you almost feel like gagging (like eating tablespoonfuls of sugar coated with fake naval orange flavored concentrate). I have ordered many times this delectable Tiptree marmalade which I crown King of the marmalades. Your money will well be spent on this product!

I think this Orange & Tangerine recipe is one of the best TipTree Marmalades - sweeter and more satisfying than their Tawny Orange variety, and more interesting than Orange or No Peel choices; it's on par with the delightful Crystal Orange product. Over a couple years of purchases, the colloidal consistency and fresh flavor of this relatively thick marmalade are reliably spreadable and delicious, respectively.

Product is delicious but one of the two jars was smashed in the box. I called amazon and got a refund but unfortunately, I won’t order this product again. There is no effort made to bubble wrap it. 😩😡

This particular marmalade is one of my top two or three favorite preserves/jams in existence. It has an incredible bitter orange flavor that I love above all other marmalade. It tastes exactly like Puerto Rican dulce de naranja, one of my favorite traditional Puerto Rican sweets. I wonder if Seville oranges are the common ingredient. If you are Puerto Rican, take it from this Americano - you've got to try this marmalade. Or if you know a Puerto Rican whom you would like to surprise with a special gift, make it this one.

If you love lemon this is your product. It's great on toast, bagels or any dessert that you like lemon on.

Highly rated product, but I didn't like the taste of it very much!. Although the food label says 1 gr added sugar pers serving, it tastes very sweet.

Yummy. Always loved British bitter marmalade, but can’t easily find it on the shelves in the U.S. Its a bit on the pricy side, but worth the treat.
