Best oolong ever and I truly mean it.
I have bought this 3 times in two months. It's my favorite tea by far. Everything about it is extraordinary, the flavor, the mouth feel, the quality of the leaves. I have many different oolong teas and this is my go to, I drink it everyday. It holds it's flavor well into the 6th and 7th gaiwan brew. I even cold brew it overnight, it turns out amazing. I also cold brew peach oolong and mix it 50/50 with this for a delightful summer tea. I'm telling you this is it, the one you've been searching for. Buy it and be happy!

The overall return on flavor is great
It's a perfect balance of flavor, brew and price. Been looking for tea like this for a while.

Good quality
Good quality herb, plenty in the bag to last a while. A little of this goes a ling way.

It's Okay... It's not as great as some reviewers make it out to be...
So, I've been collecting and tasting Da hong pao for many years...After reading all the great reviews here - I figured this one must be great.Well, it's really just okay. Nothing special, nothing fantastic. Sometimes, it reminds me of bagged Oolong tea, in fact. Kind of plain. It's drinkable, but I've found several others that beat it in flavor & aroma. It does allow you to brew several times - I just increase the time a little bit.But overall, I was pretty disappointed. You do get a big bag for your money. This will last a while. But there are much better-tasting ones here... I wish I could've relied on the reviews.I think many folks out there need to try different ones, so they *know* what a good-tasting Big Red Robe tea tastes like.I bought some less-expensive packets which taste waayyy better.

The BEST Tea
This tea is tasty, smooth, not at all like tea bags. Large leaves unravel in teapot and can be used more than once. I look forward in the evening to my tea the next morning.

The Real Deal
This is the best tea EVER! I first tried Da Hong Pao in China. I found this online and it’s such great quality and is really tasty. I drink it every day.

Poor quality
Disappointed. Tried this tea in the past and really liked it. This go around the tea had next to no flavor, and what flavor was there, was not the flavor it had previously. I ordered seven pounds of it, so it wasn't just the one bag. I will not be buying this again and am sad because I really thought I found my tea stop. You win some and you lose some. This was a major loss.

Almost a Black Tea
For me I prefer a much more mellow green tea. This green tea is as close to black tea as you can get. Not for me.
