Does not pull on my hair but it does heat up alot so I have to put it on 250, tops, 300.

It gets hot very fast which I love. I have very thick curly hair and this gets the job done. Cuts my hair time down from 3 1/2 hours to 1 hour. Perfect fit for stubborn beady Beads.

Is a great flat iron mostly if you use it for home use.For professional use it lacks a bit on the heating after owning and using it for a few months is not heating up the same.The plates are great, even and it does not pull one bit.
