Savory Choice Beef Demi Glace Reduction Sauce Packet 75gr (pack of 3)

My local market used to carry these but no longer. This takes the time and labor out of slaving over the store to make a tru demi. Very flavorful and convenient.

I absolutely love this product! It makes a delicious, high quality demi that is so easy to make! The texture is a smooth & thick sauce that will kick up your recipes several notches! I use it in sautéed mushrooms but it's versatile for many other things. Try it in your pasta sauce! The value is pretty good. The size is perfect for one pan of whatever you're making, but there's 2 packets in each box if you need to make more.

I have not actually tried this flavor of Savory Choice demi grace but their products are tip-top, so there's no reason this won't be extra good too. I always have at least one of several brands of demi-glace I use on hand. It can turn a somewhat lackluster pot roast or stew into a marvel.

We planned a special dinner after finding morels, and wanted to sauce them. I am so glad that I didn’t follow the directions after heating the sauce and tasting it! It is pretty awful as directed. Wound up sautéing the morels on the side, and then the chops in another pan. After searing and cooking the chops, I added shallots to the pan, and deglazed the fond with cognac and then cream and pepper, with a TEASPOON of this sauce. That made it acceptable, but not stellar. Full on, this sauce is pretty awful.

I love the taste and how easy it is to prepare but I wish it came in bigger and more packs

Have used it to enhance pot roasts and flank steak. Flavor is rich and pleasant to the taste. Not overpoweriny. Good buy

I put in the gravy of the prime rib roasting and it added a wonderful extra flavor. Easy way to improve your steak dinner. Recommend it.
