So good! I split half a package into a a 16oz container. It was a littley salty but still tasted like cotton candy. The next time I did a full pack and the saltiness was gone. Taste soooooooo goood!!!!! 10/10. The hydration is so good and it’s a great cost!

If you've been outside all day working, hanging at the beach, or any kind of activity that causes you to sweat a lot, these are your best friend! I also purchase these for when I am traveling. You can become dehydrated very quickly, and this is beneficial for re-hydration. Every single time I have felt tired or run down and suspect dehydration, I drink one of these in my water bottle and I almost instantly feel better. Every single time! The strawberry lemonade tastes and smells amazing! They are so easy to use, just tear off the top and put in a 16oz. water bottle. For me, the quality is great, and they always help. These do have sugar, so be careful if you can't have sweets. I would recommend their sugar-free option if that is an issue.

Liquid IV dissolves well in water and it has been incredibly helpful for managing my POTS, which is a condition affecting my blood pressure. I definitely feel healthier drinking these a couple of times a day. I'm glad I scored these on Prime Day because I am pretty low-income, but it's worth the expense for me. Nuun did not seem to be nearly as effective. My only complaint is the taste. The flavor is correct but it's far too sweet for me. I wish they would back the stevia down a little bit.
