I loved this in a sample I’d had so ordered a bag. I’m picky about how things are sweetened and flavored. This has a really nice peachy flavor and is not sickly sweet. It mixes easily. I do recommend mixing it with a good amount of water (I do 20 ounces) so it’s not overwhelming. It definitely helps me get my water intake in!I also ordered the Sorbet and the Raspberry Melon flavors, which I found to be too sweet and a bit indistinguishable.

Great for on-the-go hydration or an energy pick-me-up. Helps you remember and enjoy staying hydrated. Very easy to use and better quality than some other hydration sticks on the market. Just pour the sachet in some water and you're ready to go. Great value for money when you purchase here versus in-store. White peach is the best sugar-free flavor that I've tried thus far.

Taste great I walk outside for my job and can get super dehydrated but with one of these I feel 100% hydrated and increase in energy

I absolutely love this flavor! I have tried several Liquid IV options, and this is hands down the best flavor. I am a mom of three state champion wrestlers and liquid IV has been a life saver in getting them hydrated quickly and ready to compete and is easy to use. The only reason for four and not five stars is the amount of Niacin in the product. Niacin is a great additive, but too much can cause an increase in liver enzymes. We love this flavor so much we end up drinking too much. Would love an option for regular use as I hate the taste of plain water.

I get very easily dehydrated, and found that simply drinking water or the vitamin infused water products helped, but didn't maintain a healthy hydrated level for me.I absolutely LOVE this product because I just have to add a packet of the powder to my water, and it really does increase your body's hydration besides infusing it with alot of healthy liquid vitamins. It's delicious, easily poured into the water with the individual pre-measured powder packets it comes with, and I know it works because I feel good, do not have de-hydration headaches, and it's effectiveness shows in the smooth texture of my skin and nails. I like the peach flavored, no-sugar flavor and love it. I have tried other flavors and it's just as tasty.

Im hooked. I tried this brand a while back but the flavors for sugar free were not good. This one revived my interest and I'm glad it did!

After all, it couldn't be that bad, right?Surprisingly, I'm writing this review now, and I can confirm that I'm very much alive and kicking, with no weird side effects or anything. I'm not a scientist or anything, but I'm guessing the chunkiness didn't mean the product had gone bad or anything. Phew!Now, onto the good stuff. Despite my initial skepticism, I have to admit, the taste of this mysterious product is genuinely good. It's not "OMG, this is the best thing I've ever had" good, but it's solidly enjoyable. I ended up using it, and it blended surprisingly well. No weird aftertaste or anything.
