Recommended by personal physician for several years due to macular degeneration appearing in left eye. This product of Vit A's might help to stall advancement of this condition. Eyes are so important, must adhere to this regime. Product is expensive, often on sale, and is consistatnt in this form. Trustworthy.

Product could use larger print on the bottle as to when to take servings. Gels iinside with oblong shapes are easy enough size to swallow. Too soon to know if effective and for what. Because of product specs and fact that a unique form of the most important combo is used, this product seems to be ok to help prevent cataracts and not just AMD. Many seniors in USA are deficient in copper and other minerals given in the product in amounts that for most people are safe.
