Extremely light and compact. I did purchase the travel version of this umbrella but I found opening and closing a bit of a hassle so I returned it and purchased this one. With this umbrella you can open with one touch of a button and closing is just as easy. I got it in blue and the color is bright and beautiful. The uv protection works and is great when I walk to work on hot summer days or any sunny day. Great umbrella for 10 bucks.

This umbrella is made from a very odd material. I've never bought an umbrella that wasn't made of the normal every day umbrella material. This is like thinner and wrinkly and looks kinda like leather? I don't know what this is made of but I'm not sure I like it... Im gonna return it and get a normal umbrella
