So I waited two and a half weeks to review this product so I can give a detailed review. This arm trimmer is amazing! Since it’s only been two weeks and I have noticed some results. One of my arms is bigger than the other and I noticed that the bigger arm is slimming down to the size of my smaller arm. My bigger arm reduced by 3/4 in! I think the best results you will get is when you are working out with the Arm trimmer rather than just wearing it leisurely.

These arm and thigh trimmer bands are very good quality. I was only able to use them on my arms because my thighs are big. They work great , I haven’t used it for a while to notice a difference but it doesn’t make my arms sweat and be tight while doing house chores or working out. I’m not able to put them on by myself because they won’t be tight so definitely recommend having someone else put them on for you for a tighter fit.

Wear over clothes...my stick to skin if not.

Hey everyone just had to do my review on my new arm and thigh trimmers. Which I use for my arms at this time. I have tried these our for about a week and I was not let down. My arms has lost inches I'm so happy cause it's always good to find a product you can use to avoid surgery. I love these it works like a waist trainer for arms and I say it's worth the buy you will not be disappointed.

I’m older (60), and have ALWAYS hated the way my upper arms looked. I’ve lost a considerable amount of weight, but my arms seemed to stay the same. These were affordable, and using them, I am confident my upper arms are changing! Now, when I work out wearing them, I sweat more in the area they cover so I know I’m getting the best work burn I can on my arms! FINALLY!! Something that works!

First time I wore them I put them on to tight and I rubbed blisters on my arm. Learned my lesson, they stay on in a comfortable application. Feels like they support and sweat on arms more than without. I have fat arms and they are plenty big.

THIS SHOWS LIKE IT HAS TWO FOR BOTH ARMS OR THIGHS, NOPE ... I ONLY GOT ONE... MADE IN CHINA! WITH SOME PIECE OF PAPER TELLING ME TO EMAIL MY AMAZON INFO TO SOME RANDOM EMAIL AND I CAN GET ANOTHER "FREE" GIFT. HOW ABOUT THE OTHER ARM! RIDICULOUS !!!

Omg im.so loving the results ..I lost n inch off my arms in as lil as 2 weeks..I don't use the arm bands as is I wrap my arms with clear wrap 1st so I can sweat more .n boy o boy it helped speed up the results..
