Does it fit the standard barrel or only heavy barrel?

In the product description farther down on the page offering this stock, it does say there is a reversible dray in the forend area of the stock to allow for either the standard barrel, or the heavy barrel. I fitted my new stock to a 45 year old standard barrel Ruger and it fits like a glove. It will take either barrel...just follow the instructions that come with the new stock. It comes set up for the standard barrel but it can be changed for the heavy barrel.

In what country is this stock made?

I am not 100% but pretty sure they are made in Cheyenne Wyoming but their headquarters is located in Austin Tx.

Will this fit the thin carbine barrel

Yes it will work. I think it has a piece that can be flipped over to go from carbine barrel to bull barrel. You might check Magpul's sight.

Can this be used with the .920 bull barrel?

Yes this stock will accommodate a .920 barrel There is a barrel tray that can be flipped to accommodate the stock barrel or a bull barrel
