Great to reduce external and internal noise. I personally brought these for my outside car port to reduce unwanted frequencies and noise pollution from ongoing vehicle and foot traffic. I gave it for stars because I would of preferred the item to be thicker, however I think the quality is good and sticking a few on top of each other will give a better personalised choice to where the panel goes. Value for money, sticky tabs are OK which lead to dome of mine falling of or could me the noise disturbances, they don't cancel out extreme noise however the soundproof panels help balance my home giving me confidence for any internal noise imbalances and controls the vibration of external noise coming in hence why it can become a expensive experiment /,project, home is the safe place so for a budget and aesthetics it's good enough. #founditamazon

Was very easy to fit with it's sticky backs, also looks very good. We done a mix around sons gaming area, and plain black everywhere else including the back of his door. Does surpress some noise but of course not all.v.Very happy with the affect

Doesn’t actually work, it looks cool but it also starts to deform after a month, not thick. Not worth the money. Don’t get it if your actually expecting some proof

Needed to soundproof one wall. Works well. Can’t really hear any noise from my son’s room now. Used carpet adhesive to secure them to the wall. Would recommend.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Soft no density sponge, does nothing, better buy the type of hard foam designed as flooring for a child play area.Real acoustic panels are very expensive.
