Quality is great, burns hot, turning it off and on is super easy and safe, hasn't leaked at all for me. Great value for the money. Good power for it's size.

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased many different torches on Amazon and they work for a little bit and then they stop. This torch is nice and heavy and it feels like great quality. And I also purchased the 2 year warranty. So far it has been great and I love the fact that you can adjust the flame.

Received the product and looked good. Bought the gas can to fill it up as stated on the booklet. It was able to be filled easy. You can hear the liquid inside but it does not light. Either the product has an error to it or just doesn’t work. Tried to email the seller/ company and I have not received a response

The first one I ordered, the color was exactly what I ordered. The last two were nowhere close to the aesthetic that I was using them for. Overall, it is a good product, but they need to either remove the color options that they don't have or make more to meet demand.

Bought this as a replacement for another that I purchased on amazon. The other torch failed right after the return window. This torch gets used everyday and is very friendly on butane usage. The build quality is top notch and it feels very solid. I’m only a few months into using it but considering the use I put it through every day, I would highly recommend this torch over all the others offered.

This torch started igniting infrequently as soon as the warranty was over. I was very disappointed. But I contacted them and they sent me a replacement the following day. I was impressed with this extended warranty service. I will definitely recommend these products. My new torch works perfectly and gets a lot of use. I think it is more important to have gotten good communication with a defective product and speedy replacement. I really appreciate that considering the times we are living in. Highly recommend.

I use this for silver smithing and it's great. I can control the flam easily with the knob. It looks really nice too.
