Im just now testing it out. So far so good but I didnt receive the white Led little light for the side. Im still learning to use it.

I used this while I was on a trip. It does what it's supposed to do, but it didnt work well with my phone because mine is a S23 ultra, which is bigger and heavier than the usual phone. However it worked on my friends small iPhone 13, so everything works out well.

Great for travel

I purchased this product primarily for use during vacations and for recording videos. However, I found it to be more complex than anticipated, often behaving unpredictably. As a result, I’ve limited its use to only the most basic functions.

The media could not be loaded. The app for this gimbal was available for my older phone. Others were not, so this is the reason I chose this gimbal. Works great and easy to use!

This tripod is so much SMARTER than I am, I'm going to need to find a Masterclass on how to get the most use out of it! The packaging and instructions were exceptional and well presented. The online video tutorials were compelling, useful and helpful. The APP is 🤯!I'm always pleasantly surprised to see how much power and 🧠 can be packed into devices such as this!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Received product which was briefly working and then it completely stopped working. Contacted support and they said I need to provide them address to send another but also wanted me to send them an email which is outside the normal channels of Amazon. Amazon does not allow this to protect customers but they kept asking for information and saying they would not be allowed to give me refund even when it was within time frame to return. Customer support was located in South America but had to wait a day for response because management was in Asia. Careful with this seller
