The maca root helps me so much with my adhd mood swings. The tongkat ali helps to unlock my trapped test levels so the wife is much happier and so is my body. I love this stuff

The 16-in-1 Fenugreek pills are a little big, which can make swallowing them a bit uncomfortable at times, but they don’t leave any bad taste in your mouth, which is a big plus. I just started taking them, so I haven’t noticed any changes yet. I’ll continue using them as directed and will update once I start seeing any improvements.

I've been taking this for almost 5 months now and I can't live without it! I've struggled with a variety of health issues for 2 years and I'm perimenopausal. I've been slowly getting better but adding this supplement into my diet and supplement regime was the key piece. After 4 weeks, I felt like I'd changed gear and come back to life.

This product really works. I’m taking it for hot flashes and they have been reduced. Also I feel so much more calm and I am sleeping better.

This supplement has a dosage of two large pills - which I found to be a bit daunting to swallow every day. I cannot attest to the long term benefits, as I haven't noticed any changes, good or bad. They have a slight sweet and earthy smell/taste. The bottle I have is marked to expire 7/2027, giving plenty of time to finish the 30-day supply.
