Really helps with digestion.

Health Risk. Crap Shoot. Took twice a day before meals to stop Omeprazole. It seem to be helping my acid reflux, but on third day experiencing bloating and inflammation throughout entire body. I must stop taking this product due to side effects. It may work for some people so you might want to order the smallest quantity to see if it’s for you? Some say they don’t take it every day so might try to take it once a day or every other day to reduce side effects? Bottom line these type of products are a Crap Shoot. Confucius say “ If some ting seems too good to be true…it probably is”

I don't take these all the time, mostly just when I know I'm going to have a really big meal with a lot of meat in it (like big ol' steak or a pile of BBQ). It does seem to help. If I use them with a big meal I do feel more satiated and like I'm getting more nutrients out of the food (even though that's impossible to empirically know). Since I only use them maybe a couple times a week I feel like it was worth it, especially if you bundle with their MassZymes or the P3 Probiotics.

I believe that these are working so far. My digestion has improved a lot. After receiving the military influenza vaccine in October 2016 ( I do not know what was in the vaccine, but whatever it was, it was NOT NORMAL). I started having weird body sensations, stomach ailments, cracked and peeling lips, and mouth sores, which I thought was "strange" given my "strong health history."I came across an online student's post and decided to find it on Amazon, and sure enough, I found this product. Love this product! Take right before meals to reduce bloating and ease digestion. Works great and reduces heartburn as well.
