It actually works
Have not been sleeping well for a long time. My doctor suspected “post nasal drip” may be one of the major contributors. He recommended trying the nasal strip. To my surprise, it opens up my nasal passage throughout the night and I sleep better.

A Simple Aid That Just Works! Breathing, Sleep, Snoring, Airflow, Oxygenation, Congestion, Comfort
These nasal strips really surprised me with how well they worked, especially for something so unassuming. The dual-support bar design is what makes the difference—it gives just the right amount of physical lift to the nostrils without feeling too tight or awkward. For anyone dealing with snoring or nighttime congestion, these are a game changer. They're also handy during allergy season or if you sleep with a fan blowing and wake up with a stuffy nose. I appreciated that they weren't loaded with menthol or anything overpowering—they just did the job naturally by opening things up.The butterfly design might sound gimmicky at first, but it's actually a nice improvement. It conforms really well to the curves of the nose, and the adhesive is surprisingly strong—these strips stay put all night. I’ve even used them during early-morning walks and short jogs, and they didn’t budge or peel off due to sweat. The soft, breathable material helps too, especially if you have sensitive skin. No irritation, no sticky mess after peeling off, and they don’t feel bulky or overly visible if you wear one during the day for a workout or just to breathe easier. In terms of sizing, I’d say they’ll work for the vast majority of people. I have an average-sized nose and they fit well, but I could see them being slightly small for someone with a broader bridge. Still, the flexibility and dual-bar structure give them a little adaptability. While they’re clearly marketed toward snoring and sleep support, I think they’re just as useful for general breathing relief during colds, workouts, or even meditation. If you're on the fence about these kinds of products, this is one of the better ones I’ve tried. They’re affordable, effective, and feel well-made. A good value overall, especially with 120 strips in the box. Would I use them every night? Probably not. But on days when my sinuses are acting up or I just want to ensure a smoother night’s sleep, they’re now part of the routine.

Nasal Strips for Snoring
On the first night, I exhaled and felt a little lift that softly invited air within. I then pushed the strip over the bridge of my nose and gently invited air inward. Instead of being a spectacular impact, it was more subtle; there were no pyrotechnics; rather, it was a broader and steadier route that made each breath seem less like extra effort. Despite the fact that I had slept down with the expectation that the adhesive would become more pliable due to the warmth of the covers, when the alarm rang seven hours later, it was still attached, doing the same silent work that it had begun. Considering that the removal was painless and did not leave any sticky residue behind, the morning routine was not altered. I was compelled to keep a notepad beside the light because I was curious. Two metrics were recorded by me over the course of twenty-two consecutive nights: the number of times I woke myself up with a sharp inhalation and the degree to which I felt rested upon waking up. After the strips were implemented, the number of disturbances reduced to one on the first evening and to zero at the end of the first week. Prior to the strips, the average number of disturbances each night was three. The second parameter is certainly subjective, but the trend is unmistakable: rather than languishing in bed and fighting with the snooze button, I now swing my legs off the mattress and get ready for coffee and the news.

Just what I needed
I have been having issues with breathing through my nose while sleeping. I had been wanting to try these nose strips to see if they would help. These strips come with enough to last me a few months. They are individually sealed. They are easy to apply and they stay on all night long. I don't really even notice I am wearing one. They are comfortable. They can be using also during workouts or sporting events, not just sleeping. They are very functional. These strips have helped to keep my nostrils open and keep me breathing through my nose. In the morning I can easily remove the strip without any pain. They also leave no marks on my nose after removing in the morning.

Great for Stuffy Nights—Works as Advertised
I started taping my mouth at night a few years ago, which has helped me sleep better and stop snoring. But on nights when my nose feels a little stuffy, I need some help with nasal breathing. These strips do a good job of opening things up. They're individually packaged, easy to apply, and just as easy to remove. I made sure to clean my skin before using them, but I still woke up with one side slightly detached. I suspect that’s more about my skin being a bit oily than the product itself. Overall, they fit well and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. A great product to help you sleep well at night.

They're good, but I've had better.
Comes in a box of 12 sheets, each containing 10 nasal strips. The size is just right for an adult male such as myself, and they function well. I have had better, but these still help me sleep regardless of that. They're easy to use, and the comfort is about average for nasal strips.Over the course of a 10 hour period, they stayed stuck in place quite well, though by the end of it part of the edges was coming up slightly. The durability seems good. They're a good value for the money at the current price of $21.99.
