How long the shackle is?

Key won't go in all the way! Something is stuck in the lock and won't open!! What do I do?

Cut the lock off with bolt cutters.

Will this fit in 50 cal box the no screw method just locking it up is it wide enough i bought a 1-1/3 wasnt wide enough to fit..

This particular lock is narrow and would not fit if you can't connect together to secure lock.

Is this weatherproof?

No the lock is not weatherproof. However, I spray the locks with a graphite lubricant. I spray the shackle with WD-40. I use these locks outdoors on my garbage cans as a deterrent for bears. They work for a long time, but there comes a time when you might have to saw them off. Have a cutoff tool, i.e, a grinder near by.
